Think about a goal you've set. When you first set that goal, you imagined achieving it... having a clean and organized desk at work, wearing the shirt in the back of your closet you can't fit into anymore, running a mile like your neighbor does every morning, cooking healthy meals for your family every night... but your dreams were quickly dashed when you realized there's not enough time in the day, organizing is hard work, tracking calories is annoying, getting sweaty at the gym is gross, and buying healthy food is expensive. So you cringe every time someone asks you "How are you doing on your goal?"
At some point during your life, you've probably experienced that, I know I sure have. That's why I started coaching.
I want to help you break the cycle of falling back into bad habits and I don't want to use fads, gimmicks, schemes, or overpriced memberships like so many other organizations do.
When I started my own wellness journey several years ago, I was in a downward spiral. I knew I needed to make changes, but I wasn't motivated or committed and I didn't know how to get started. Eventually, through a lot of self-reflection, research, trial and error, and asking the right people for the right help, I got my life back on track and headed in an upward direction.
That's what coaching is all about. Regardless of where you are, where you're trying to go, or what your goal is, there's a program designed just for you!
